Borden Community Center Preservation Committee is a volunteer organization whose purpose is to raise funds for improvements to Borden Community Center. This committee works hand in hand with Village Council in planning and carrying out improvements.
Some of the projects completed in the past 10 years include: Landscaping, new downspouts, floor covering in main auditorium, carpet in library, chairs, stained glass inserts beside the stage, kitchen renos (painting, counter tops), exterior painting, renovated bathrooms, new sound system, AED, tables for the Norman Smith room, improvements to the bowling alley, re-shingling the roof and adding a new commercial oven to the kitchen.  The major project at the present time is replacing all the round tables.
The Committee consists of 6 members:

Board Members: Dianne Rawlyk, Diane Sylvester, Tasha Larner, Heather Schroeder
We have always had wonderful support from our Community, without which none of the above projects could be accomplished.
