In 2012 the basement of the Borden Community Center was renovated and the Norman Smith Room was added as the perfect small to medium sized meeting space (970 sq ft).This area also serves as a multi-use space with adjoining storage for long term tenants such as the preschool and dance club. Rental of this room includes use of the servery kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, and a private washroom. The space can accommodate up to 40 people.
