In Motion
In Motion
In Motion is a health promotion initiative that encourages residents to make regular physical activity part of everyday life—where they live, work, learn, and play. The program supports active living through accessible, community-based opportunities.
In Borden, In Motion programming is led by Bev Assman, with activities commonly hosted at the Community Hall. These programs focus on movement, wellness, and participation for a range of ages and abilities, helping residents stay active in a supportive and social environment.
In addition to group programming, a Fitness Room is located at the Borden Primary Health Centre and is available for community use during office hours. Membership is $15 per year, making it an affordable option for maintaining physical activity year-round.
Residents are encouraged to participate, stay active, and “join the club.”
